Drilling and foundation equipment - Safety - Part 7: Interchangeable auxiliary equipment
EN 16228-7, together with part 1, deals with all significant hazards for interchangeable auxiliary equipment when they are used as intended and under the conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer associated with the whole life time of the machine (see Clause 4). The requirements of this part are complementary to the common requirements formulated in EN 16228-1:2014. This document does not repeat the requirements from EN 16228-1, but adds or replaces the requirements for application for interchangeable auxiliary equipment. This document specifies the specific safety requirements for interchangeable auxiliary equipment to be used in drilling and foundation operations, connected with drilling and foundation equipment, agricultural equipment and/or earth moving machinery when they are used as intended and under the conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer. Interchangeable auxiliary equipment includes pile installation and extraction equipment, impact hammers, extractors, vibrators, deep vibrators, static pile pushing/pulling devices, rotary percussion hammers, rotary drilling drives, drill mast equipment such as leaders equipped with a drill stem and gears attached to the boom of an excavator and casing oscillators/rotators. Diaphragm wall cutting tools are dealt with in EN 16228-5.

Diese Europäische Norm behandelt zusammen mit Teil 1 alle wesentlichen Gefährdungen für auswechsel¬bare Zusatzausrüstungen, wenn sie bestimmungsgemäß und unter den Bedingungen der Fehlanwendung, die vernünftigerweise vom Hersteller vorhersehbar sind und mit der gesamten Lebensdauer der Maschine in Verbindung stehen, verwendet werden (siehe Abschnitt 4).
Die Anforderungen in diesem Teil gelten zusätzlich zu den in EN 16228-1:2014 gestellten gemeinsamen Anforderungen.
Das vorliegende Dokument wiederholt nicht die Anforderungen von EN 16228-1, sondern ergänzt oder ersetzt die Anforderungen für die Anwendung von auswechselbaren Zusatzausrüstungen.
Dieses Dokument legt die besonderen Sicherheitsanforderungen für auswechselbare Zusatzausrüstungen fest, die bei Bohr- und Gründungsarbeiten im Zusammenhang mit Geräten für Bohr- und Gründungsarbeiten, landwirtschaftlichen Geräten und/oder Erdbaumaschinen zu verwenden sind, wenn sie bestimmungsgemäß und unter den Bedingungen der Fehlanwendung, die vernünftigerweise vom Hersteller vorhersehbar sind, verwendet werden.
Auswechselbare Zusatzausrüstungen umfassen Ramm- und Zieheinrichtungen, Schlaghämmer, Ziehhämmer, Rüttler, Tiefenrüttler, statische Ramm-/Zieheinrichtungen, Drehschlagbohrhämmer, Drehbohrantriebe, Bohr-mastausstattung wie Mäkler, die mit Bohrgestänge und Getriebe ausgerüstet und am Ausleger eines Baggers angebracht sind, sowie oszillierende/durchdrehende Verrohrungsmaschinen.
Schlitzwandschneidwerkzeuge werden in EN 16228-5 behandelt.

Le présent document spécifie les prescriptions de sécurité particulières relatives aux équipements interchangeables utilisés avec les machines de forage et de fondation et/ou les engins de terrassement, lorsqu'ils sont utilisés normalement et dans les conditions prévues par le fabricant. La présente partie spécifie les mesures techniques appropriées pour éliminer ou réduire les risques dus aux phénomènes dangereux significatifs.
Les équipements interchangeables comprennent les machines de mise en place ou d'extraction des éléments de fondation, les marteaux batteurs, les extracteurs, les vibreurs, les dispositifs statiques de fonçage/arrachage de pieux, les marteaux rotatifs à percussion, les systèmes d'entraînement pour forage par rotation, l'équipement de mât de forage tel que les systèmes de guidage équipés d'une tige de forage et les mécanismes fixés à la flèche d'une pelle, les oscillateurs/entraîneurs en rotation du tubage, etc.
Les prescriptions figurant dans la présente partie viennent en complément des prescriptions communes spécifiées dans le prEN 16228-1.
Le présent document ne répète pas les prescriptions du prEN 16228-1, mais ajoute ou remplace les prescriptions applicables aux équipements interchangeables des machines de forage et de fondation.
Le présent document spécifie les mesures techniques appropriées pour éliminer ou réduire les risques dus aux phénomènes dangereux, situations et événements dangereux significatifs survenant lors de la mise en service, du fonctionnement et de la maintenance des accessoires pour machines de forage et de fondation.

Standard EN 16228-7 skupaj s 1. delom obravnava vsa večja tveganja za zamenljivo pomožno opremo, če se uporablja, kot je bilo predvideno, in pod pogoji nepravilne uporabe, ki jih je razumno predvidel proizvajalec, v zvezi s celotno življenjsko dobo opreme (gl točko 4). Zahteve iz tega dela dopolnjujejo splošne zahteve iz standarda EN 16228-1:2014. Ta dokument ne ponavlja zahtev iz standarda EN 16228-1, temveč dodaja ali nadomešča zahteve za uporabo zamenljive pomožne opreme. Ta dokument določa posebne varnostne zahteve za zamenljivo pomožno opremo, ki se uporablja za vrtanje in temeljenje, povezano z opremo za vrtanje in temeljenje, kmetijsko opremo in/ali opremo za zemeljska dela, če se uporablja, kot je bilo predvideno, in pod pogoji nepravilne uporabe, ki jih je razumno predvidel proizvajalec.
